Frequency Members enter through community and select events. Lighthouse Members live inside the full house with year-round access. Guardian Circle members hold founding seats, governance voice, and the deepest legacy relationship with the properties and the field.
No. Founding Guardians receive membership rights, access, and participation — not equity, not financial return, and not securities of any kind. The founding contribution is philanthropic and structural.
