Residencies
Extended deep-work stays for creators, founders, and stewards.
What this service actually is.
Residencies are the longer arc — for the manuscript, the score, the architecture, the period of recovery after a hard year. A residency is not a desk you rent. It is a household that adjusts to the rhythm of the work. Council dinners are optional. Meals are arranged with the kitchen, not from a menu. A room is yours.
Every booking is held by two stewards: one for the conversation, one for the calendar. They do not change without telling you. If something needs to shift, it shifts with care.
What is included.

A service is only as honest as the room it is held in. A room is only as honest as the people in it. A person is only as honest as the work they do when no one is watching.
Practical questions.
For anything not answered here, the FAQ Hub covers the rest, or write us a private note.
Yes, for defined windows arranged in advance. The residency itself remains a single-person arc.
Yes. The charter only asks that the house and other members be kept private — not that the work be.
Other services of the house.
Private Retreats
Three to seven nights of stewardship-led programming, designed around the work the member already came to do. Not a wellness package; a structural break with intention.
Open →Council Retreats
When a board, council, or founding team needs a week away from the noise. The Headquarters becomes the meeting room.
Open →Salons
An eight-to-fourteen-person evening designed around one question and one host. The Speakeasy at its most precise.
Open →The right service begins with a private conversation.
Tell us what you're holding. A steward will help you find the arc that fits.
